For this project, I followed Mitch Darrel on his journey to Hyrox Utrecht, documenting his preparation and training in the lead-up to race day, as well as capturing the intensity and emotion of the competition itself. The focus was on telling an authentic story of dedication, discipline, and performance through video.

I was responsible for planning the shoots, filming both training sessions and the event, and creating content that highlighted Mitch’s mindset, progress, and race experience. The goal was to produce engaging video content that could be used both professionally and personally, reflecting the energy and commitment behind the Hyrox challenge.
